When you call the salon for an appointment, chances are Casey will be the one who takes care of your needs of finding the perfect time with the perfect stylist.  If you don’t have particular stylist, she can hook you up.   Casey is able to match you with the stylist who will best fit your needs just by asking a few questions.   The desk can be a crazy positing within the salon and keeping it all straight is quite a feat, but Casey does an amazing job.  She is willing to meet your every need from timely call backs to showing you customer excellence during your check in and minimal wait time.  She even makes sure you have your preferred next appointment scheduled during your check out process.
