Kathy Ehler, Designer Stylist/ Owner - Staff Bios

Intrigued with hairdressing at a very young age, Kathy has never thought of doing anything else.  Enjoying the many opportunities this field has to offer has kept Kathy wearing many hats during her exciting career.  As a stylist behind the chair and an educator for several professional manufactures, Kathy discovered the importance of hair color education.   Kathy is a Board Certified Hair Colorist which allows her to teach color techniques to other stylist color while leading her salon on a daily basis.  

Kathy knows there is more to the beauty business than just hair color; therefore, Kathy has pursued additional learning opportunities.  Countless education events through the years has made her into a wealth of salon knowledge to her staff and to every guest in her chair.  Kathy’s hunger for education has led her to most recently be certified in Curly hair through Devacurl , Coppola’s Keratin Complex Smoothing Therapy system and now Brazilian Blowout.  

Owning a salon has allowed her to mentor other stylist because she is such a valuable resource to all.  She is willing to assist any stylist with a consultation to help ensure the best possible outcome for the salon guest.  She has learned that each stylist is different and brings different talents to the salon, but in the end, it is happy guests that truly matters.

Working behind the chair again has allowed Kathy to reconnect with past guests and make new relationships.  Keeping that personal connection is very important to Kathy.  She continues to look for ways to expand her own spectrum as well as that of her staff.  She definitely knows she is no where next to done yet.  Kathy says, “My staff is a reflection of me and we only do the best hair color.  There are no shortcuts because I won’t allow it.”

Wednesday 11am-4pm, Thursday  3pm-8pm,  Friday 9am-5pm, and Saturday 9am-4pm
